Wow - this was a great experience. I am new to motorcycling and the team at Urban Rider made me feel very welcome. They have curated the best gear from the best brands and are very honest with advice, often pushing cheaper items and explaining the trade off in quality/price. They bent over backwards to find the right sized jeans for me and spent time explaining the technology behind them. I was in the store for around two hours - the guy in front of me had come all the way from Bedford, I'd come from Hertfordshire. I tend to shop online these days but this experience reminded me of the value of high street shopping and old fashioned service. Spent a small fortune but worth it!
