I’ve bought quite a few items recently from urban rider as I’ve got back into riding after having a break for a number of years, I found their website is easy to navigate and they have a great choice of brands and products all of which you can earn loyalty points on and redeem against future purchases. I ordered an incorrect item a few weeks ago (I ordered a sweatshirt but wanted a hoodie - totally my mistake) so I emailed urban rider and explained to them that I’d ordered the wrong item and could I return it and pay the extra for the hoodie version, they were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They arranged the collection of the sweatshirt and also delivered the hoodie with no issues whatsoever. It was great customer service from start to finish and good communication through the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening. WELL DONE!!
