Have had problems with this company from day one. I took over the tenancy of a property which was supplied by Utilita for both Gas and Electricity. I eventually managed to to talk to someone who changed the details on the account into my name and told me I would receive a welcome pack from them with all the details of the account. This never happened. I have continually telephoned to find out what was happening and eventually got the Account number from one of their representatives. I received a bill from them but had to phone again as when I went to pay this it was higher than expected but I paid it. Turned out it included a second month amount. Oh and this was only for Electricity. I asked when I would receive a Gas bill to be told they didn't supply me with gas. On checking the rep found the readings for both gas and electricity. Now they are investigating why this was not added on. Today I received a bill for November and luckily noticed the total is what I have already paid when I went on to pay the first bill. I can no longer access my account as it asks me to link it up to view payments etc. When I try to do this it tells me my details do not match up. This company is a disgrace and I have already moved away from them after being in the property a few months. New company have been fantastic with everything in place and account set up with no problem at all. Utilita may sound like they offer a good deal but with the problems they have caused for me, I would never go near them again.
