This company is a scam. It is so so overpriced and their customer service is awful. They said we owed them over £500 when we had closed our account - My flat mate spent over 7 hours of her time on the phone to the stupid customer service team who clearly do not all communicate or update their systems. Finally, when they realised they actually owed us money, they sent the payment to the wrong address! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL.
