I've had to give them a 1 star so i can give a review otherwise it would've been zero
This has to be the worst customer service in the uk,please avoid this pathetic excuse of a company,they have no empathy and are completely heartless,try powering up your customer service skills and don't be patronising,loyalty = anxiety and unwanted stress
