Required some financial assistance with my electricity meter so called them for assistance I am diabetic and have 3 young children at home so therefore I'm on the priority register!! Called them and they point blank refused to help in any way all I needed was for them to give me a little leway with my electricity until the day after when I got paid!! I don't see the point of having a priority register if you aren't going to help those most vulnerable in their hour of need!! Customer service also very shocking and the attitude of some representatives needs looking into absolutely disgusted with Utilita!!
