If I could munis 10 starts I would. I moved into a property back in July last year. Since I moved in, I’ve not been able to contact them once. The phones on hold for up to an hour and cuts dead. Switching provider to a company who I can correspond with accordingly to keep my kids warm this winter. 4 email sent in this time and have not heard a peep back. Goodness knows what they actually do in their offices. Absolutely disgusting. Do not want them getting another penny out of me. I even tried the emergency lines and nothing. Makes me wonder how many people being looked after by them will suffer this year if an issue occurs in someone’s home. Good riddance to them!
