The most rubbish company ever. I was left with my over 70 years old mum with medical issue for 2 days with no gas. Every time I called they said, the technical team will call you or they just hang up the phone on me. They never called and I had to keep chasing them. A real nightmare. NEVER SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY
