Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. I had a cold caller st my front door. Who talked me into signing up. Which I did. I was told I would be switched over and would go live on a pay as you go meter which he agreed was alread installed. A week later I was told I would have to have my meters changed as they was not getting a signal to them. A appointment was made for a engineer to come out. Who never turned up. Of course we done the usual and rang up to be told another appointment would be made. 4 weeks on we get a bill for a late payment fee. ( we never asked to be put on a monthly bill. We wanted to be on pay as you go. So we rand up again and we was told yet another engineer would cone out. He cone out and said the meters was already pay as you go and all they need to do is send a signal down to the meters. We waited a couple of days and rang back up. Where we was treated Absolutely awful. So we decided we had enough and wanted to cancel and go back to our original supplier. They Absolutely refused to cancel the contract. Was very very rude. Of course we tried to fing up and speak to other people but as soon as we mentioned we wanted to cancel the tone changed.. This company uses intrapment to keep you as a customer.
