Some of the worst customer experience I’ve had.
On hold for a lifetime with the same automated message going around and around which suggests using their ‘community forum’ where Utilita customers sort out each others problems. Surely some of extortionate amount they charge could go to a service where we don’t have to sort each others issues out?
Hours with the same message over and over, I’ve been cut off twice after waiting nearly an hour each time.
I’d imagine that the people working in customer service for Utilita must get treated so badly by customers that did manage to get through out of sheer frustration.
I’ve got a young daughter and partner at home cold every night and I can’t even get through!
