Absolutely shocking to deal with. I inherited them as the energy supplier when a tenant left a commercial premises. If it’s possible for them to get it wrong they will. Wait on the phone for up to an hour, then staff unable to help.
Avoid them like the plague. I deal with lots of different utility companies and this company set new standards in appalling customer service!!!!!
