very bad service firstly ..
I have lost my broadband on a working day suddenly and when I contacted the UW customer care the Lady was very rude and they mentioned its Telephone issue and we don't cover..... I am shocked when I was getting the UW for my property the UW mentioned that we are going provide all the service(for Marketing Purpose).
I can't able to work for 5 days ... because of this Provider..
and the customer care was not good ..not even a Single person tried to understand my Pain and problem ..I lost my Pay for 5 days...
