They are with out a doubt THE WORST gas and electric company I have ever been with. They ‘forget’ to inform you about important changes via email/letter and state they phoned you once the previous year about this upcoming change and then when you switch to a pay as you go meter they steal your money! £40 in less than 48 hours and absolutely no way to contact them out of hours. I am absolutely furious and will be taking this further!
