I’ve had similar issues to the other reviews, really stressed out, utility warehouse had an incorrect opening meter reading for me which I didn’t provide so who knows where that came from… 110,0000 units out on both gas and electric …sent documented photographic evidence of actual meter readings over and over again, still it’s not been corrected, I keep being cut off! Landline is dodgy and poor quality, internet keeps cutting out, no one seems to know what they are doing, or what’s wrong, cryptic bill readings coming in which can’t be worked out…some how my bills are over £2000 a month! For just me in a home which electrical appliances are not working or being used currently in the property. Complete mess up, very stressful, and several phone numbers linked to my account which none of which are mine or connected to me in any way…supposed to be an easier service but so far it’s been really bad and I’m a new customer of 3 months
