I am still waiting for the new gas meter, and as I was expecting, nobody call me to arrange an appointment, to be changed .
I am not able to read the real consuming from some years, and even I have reported this issue many times, nobody has changed the broken gas meter.
I have addressed in all ways to the company, yet seem there is not any solution.
I will go further with my complains maybe more other years, I could not describe how perplexed I am for such incompetence and low, low level of supporting customers.
