This company is the biggest scam of the country.
Incorrect billing based on estimates, even though actual metre readings were provided.
For 1 month and 19 days in an unoccupied house (hardly any power and gas were used), they charged me over GBP 360.
Worst customer service, both by email and over the phone. Wasting their customers' precious time. Many hours of my life wasted. One assistant is more incompetent than the other.
If you are looking for an energy supplier - choose any company but this one.
I want to give them -5 points but I can't.
