Vax Platinum up in smoke.
Bought a Vax Platinum carpet cleaner. On the 2nd use, smoke came out of the main body. Contacted customer services, as the unit has a 6 year warranty. But told, as I had not registered in time (first 3 months) I don't have this Warranty. As I was 4 months over the first year, they refused to help in any way. Very disappointed. I now have a big piece of plastic used only twice!
