Bought a Vax Blade 4 on the 8th of October. Registered the day of purchase and provided proof of purchase when registering. Unfortunately out of the box the powered floor head hasn't worked, and has a constant red-light showing. None of the suggested fixes in the manual or on the Vax website solve the issue.
I contacted Vax using their online support system which ask you to provide registration number, serial number, proof of purchase etc., all of which I provided. A couple of hours later I received a case number and an email asking me to provide registration number (if I had one), serial number, proof of purchase etc. What a waste of time. Currently I have a brand new Vax Pet Blade 4 that I can't use on the carpets it was bought, and no response from Vax other than a case number and a request for information I previously provided when submitting my issue to Vax.
Unfortunately Vax have decided to use the 'Covid' excuse, wouldn't it be nice if customers could do the same when paying for their products. Not impressed.
