I called Vax customer support after my well used but normally reliable, carpet cleaner developed a leak. I called the Vax support line and got straight through to a human being - the excellent Maureen. I was pleased to learn the machine had a six year warranty and the agent arranged for it to be picked up from my home and taken to be repaired. Within a week it was returned to me in full working order. I’m extremely impressed with the service I received and the length of the warranty. Vax must have a great deal of faith in the quality of their products to provide this support. I am extremely happy with the service from this company, thank you very much.
