I was excited to receive my new Enable chair — it is awesome. I love how the brake stops me immediately when brake is engaged — chair doesn’t budge. The wheels are quiet and it is so easy to walk the chair. I want to commend your employee, Caitlyn, who was on top of things starting with my first question; and even when she was sick, she was very prompt to respond to my questions and resolve my problems. Caitlyn was always pleasant; made me feel like she loves her job and wanted to please me, the customer. Caitlyn’s boss and the company are very fortunate to have such a steadfast, thorough employee. She is a model employee which is a rare find today. I appreciate all her help. Thank you Enable Me for making my life easier.
