They sell FAKES! I ordered a Gatineau cream But when it arrive and open the box I noticed it was fake. Normally this line of cream comes in a prestigious looking sealed box. When this arrived nothing about it made me believe that this was a genuine article. Firstly there was no box, the two pots of cream have been clumsily wrapped in bubble wrap, there was no instructions,And no customer service number for this brand. To make things worse they have shut down the coal centres due to Covid therefore there is no way of assuring a safe return. I am now having to engage my bank to dispute this. Save yourself the money and shop somewhere else
