Dreadful, after having 2 delivery slots (1 week apart) having it not turn up BOTH times, 1st time they didn't know why we didn't get it, 2nd time they couldn't get it on the van. So 16days after actually buying the item, we cancelled the order & went to AO, brought more or less the same item & it was delivered the next day. Save your money & time go elsewhere, don't bother with very.

I ordered one item, a few month ago, still not received, no information/updates. Despite not receiving this item, and not owing anything, I still keep getting demands for payment. There is no option of contacting by email either. I will be closing my account with them.

Ordered 2 items from Very on Dec 20th. Still waiting for delivery as delivery company sent items to an address nearly 30km away. Have asked for a full refund and have still waiting on an update from Very. I would not recommend ordering from this company as they are very difficult to get a response/update from.

Denied credit due to email address reason given time at address I’ve been here over 8 years. They agreed then declined even though iv proof. Homophobia rife over at very reporting so it’s looked into further

I wish I had of read some reviews of very.co.uk before agreeing to open one of their accounts, worst decision I have ever made and very do not open a account with them they asking for money when I buy things for them games Available balance they took £75 off it on my very account and I paid £44.75 and £9.00 and £2.00 for the games I buy on very i’m not really happy on very they are whipping people off it is not on do not sign up for a account with them

Ordered a dining table, came very very late and all damaged. Big delay and nobody was able to see where is the item lost ,finnaly I received it without notification that will be delivered that day. Very bad customer service . Its been one month I was told fastway courier will come to collect the broken item and nobody came. They cannot be contacted and customer service from Very not able to answer or solve the problem. They also cannot contact Fastway for collection. This is a big SCAM What's going ooon !!??

This company are worst than a loan shark still paying off a debt after 1 year The intrest they charge is a rip off and they are owned by barclays Bank who I used to bank with but not any more please stay away from these loan sharks

This is exactly how and where I got to know about FREDRICK, I came across a review here few months back that Fredrick help team at mail dt com helps a lot when you get scammed and I contacted him, my funds got recovered by him, he’s indeed an expert.

Still not received my money after 2 weeks they received the item back unopened , they have me a credit which I said no ,I paid cash using debit card ! They said ok it’s another 2 weeks for it to be paid into my bank so that over 3 weeks , it’s appalling also why is Africa the new customer service line 3 times I was hung up also real bad attitude and the couldn’t care less issue just can’t believe this is very another customer they have lost

Ordered Marc Jacobs decadence as it was in low stock and high demand as a Xmas gift for my girlfriend and only available through very. Cost £109. When it arrived it was a cheap woman’s coat labelled and barcoded as the perfume. By now stock had ran out so knew I could not get another one. When I rang a male answered after nearly 20 mins with awful music blaring and we clearly had a severe language barrier problem and after going through security checks and explaining he said I was through to the wrong department. Almost straight away he patched me through where I had to give all the security checks again and explain and what do you know I was through to the wrong department and apparently I was speaking to the people that handle fraud. She put me on hold and 16 mins later a female answered again struggling to understand each other I had to do all the security checks and explain again!!!!!! By now I was fuming and was told to return it and it will take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. 6 days have past iv had no return confirmation so have no gift and am £109 down. Company is a joke will never use again had unskilled staff in all departments it seems. Will be in touch with my credit card company tomorrow to get my money back. Joke. 0/10 merry Xmas very.

WARNING - Do NOT Order From Very! WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM VERY OR LITTLEWOODS (who they seem connected to): ..... I ordered a Swan 1kw Portable Radiator, on next day delivery - it arrived, with a part missing (the foot), was clearly a return, and stinking of Mice - and had Mouse droppings inside! I reported it immediately to Very. I was told I can't be sent a replacement, but that they could take payment AGAIN, and resend it - or I could wait until the Refund was processed, and reorder - being that I don't have an extra £24, I had to wait. It took 12 days to refund me. I was offered a 10% discount and basically told that, that was the resolution to my complaint. It wasn't but the complaint was closed, and I had to wait, with no heat! I reordered it yesterday, and asked the Operator (who had her kids shouting in the background throughout, and was in her kitchen doing stuff when she answered) if she could send a message to the Warehouse to send me a new one - asking them to ensure it was NOT a return. Yes she says - she can do that, and gets on with ordering it -and taking payment. Well - the 2nd Heater arrived. .... It's ANOTHER RETURN!!!!! - It has 2 parts missing from this one - no handle or foot this time; and the instructions were ripped, and folded, and rammed down the side - and the Cable has a slice in it, with copper wiring exposed, near the plug!!!! Seriously Very - do you only have 2nd Hand stock of these Heaters!?! I'm VERY not impressed! 🙁 .... ** UPDATE: I was told today, by another homeworking lady, that there was NO CONTACT WITH THE WAREHOUSE!!!! So the 1st Operator with the screaming kids, lied! .... AND to add insult to injury, I was told that you'd collect the Heater on Wednesday 18th December 2024, BUT then, I'd have to wait up for your Warehouse to process it, before you'd process the refund (not likely before Christmas!), which means I have NO heat, and NO spare money to buy another heater from elsewhere! I'm fuming!!!! I asked for a complaint to be raised about it all, and was told yes, but that the only way the complaint could be sent, was to CLOSE IT as resolved, and she asked me a couple of times if I wanted the complaint sent, which of course I do, so she closed it as resolved and sent it!!!!..... The matter is most definitely NOT resolved! ..... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! You're nothing short of a vile Scam/Profiteering company at this point! Thanks for leaving a disabled, vulnerable adult and her elderly family in the cold, over Christmas! Disgusting Company! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Date of experience: 16 December 2024

Four missed deliveries and Very don’t care at all. Now the item is faulty so anticipate having to go through the whole ordeal again.

Everyone needs to be extremely careful. Fortunately, after I was duped twice on this website, a close friend of mine who had already been scammed recommended me to TREBLESLTD/COM., a recovery company. I'm thrilled that the business assisted me in getting my money back. Sincerely, I should have removed this company's link from this website, but the scammer company protested. If you are a victim as well, you can assist yourself by sending an email to TREBLESLTD/COM. Warm regards.

I ordered a Bosch integrated dishwasher from VERY. The dishwasher came up with an error code as soon as it was fitted. I thought it may have been something I had done, so got a plumber out at a cost of £100 to check everything for me. He checked everything,and it was all ok, however the error code was still showing and my dishwasher not working, after I Had VERY take my old one away. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone at VERY customer services, I was told that they don to replace faulty items!!!! that I had to order another one in the meantime 'therefore paying for 2 dishwashers'. They would only collect my dishwasher for a refund. They would also pay no compensation for the plumbing call out, when ultimately it was a fault with the dishwasher. Their customer service is horredous.

Awful company, dreadful communication. Ordered Care Bears for my daughter for Christmas. Failed to inform me that they couldn't fulfil the order. While on the phone which took 30 minutes to answer after listening to how they could help if I was struggling to make payment, they told me they were out of stock despite the website stating they were in stock. Miraculously they changed to out of stock half way through the phone call. Issued me a refund before asking if I wanted to do so and told me I could re place the order. Everything is cheaper anywhere else will never use again, a company that hopes people will not be able to make the payments on their accounts so they can fleece them with late payment charges. Started sending me emails about taking a loan with them, no thanks I'd rather ask a loan shark. Bring back the high street. AVOID.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS. Order from them all the time, first time ordering something of this value - almost £700 and surprise, surprise, I haven't received my order. Parcel was MEANT to be signed for, it has since been proved that it was simply left on my porch, unsigned for and now missing. Customer service is NO help and won't even acknowledge everything they did wrong that could of avoided this situation and is asking me to wait 5-6 weeks after saying three days, then extending to 3-4 weeks, and now 5-6. I did not believe a company this big could scam people, but it is starting to appear this way. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, ESPECIALLY FOR EXPENSIVE ITEMS! THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

my mother with an excellent credit rating opened a account with very on 28/11/24 , she doesn't need credit but i suggested it would benefit her as having finance would save an extra 20% on top of black friday offers .the total of her spend was getting on for £2000 which she can afford top pay immediately but having credit took 20% of that which is a massive saving , very came back with congratulations that the qualified for £3500 credit 0% interest for 6 months the order was placed and delivery was expected for all products 4/5th december . on Tuesday the 3rd of december late evening her account, orders ,and credit limit was delecined despite her excellent credit rating after a phone call to very they could not explain this and further more would not honour the the 20% even when she offered to pay in full now unfortunately my mum has missed out on black friday yes she would have had to pay in full and slightly more price with another company but she would have all her products now buying them now has had a massive price increase . APPSOLUTLEY AN APALLING COMPANY AND SERVICE DO NOT USE VERY!!!!!!!

Do not use this company they are professional scammers not professional suppliers!! I ordered a laptop got sent a pair of ear buds! Returned ear buds as wrong item delivered and still waiting for my refund!! Poor customer service and on top of Christmas as well!!! Black Friday deals are pointless as u won’t get ur order and be told to reorder which if like me u can’t do until the refund is processed then u won’t get ur money back in time to order on the Black Friday deals!
