I have used Very for quite a few years now, and ordered an advent calendar from hotel chocolat', it was for my husband's birthday, so I told him he could open it in November, however, FIVE of the doors were empty, because it was a present, I was so cross, I ripped the box open to make sure they hadn't fallen down the inside, they hadn't, so I threw the box away in disgust. I paid £25 for these lovely chocolates (24 chocolates) and decided I would complain. I was asked for proof the windows were empty and proof I had actually received them, I said I would not be so petty to complain about five missing chocolates, if it hadn't actually happened. VERY value their policy more than their customers, I told them what I spend with them, which is over £2k a year, so they took £5 off my balance, then I told them, I will take my custom elsewhere....they're only interested in you spending as much money as you can, I have a credit limit of nearly £5K, I will pay my balance and shop elsewhere.
