I ordered AirPods with very with insurance through them.
When my AirPods became faulty I contacted very to arrange delivery for the AirPods to be sent to the manufactory/insurance company.
When I sent the AirPods I did not hear from very or received any emails confirmation that my AirPods were delivered or they were processing them.
Luckily, I had my recipt and it showed that they had been delivered.
When I called very. I did not receive a consistent answer. I was told they had lost them, did not receive them. Eventually they said I would receive a refund. However, I did not receive a refund. I’ve requested to speak to a supervisor or a manager. They said they would call me back but never did once.
I had advisor who cut the phone off because they probably did not know what to do.
I have sent formal complaint did not receive a response. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Very unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional.
