Ordered a new cooker for my 82 year old mother, paid for installation etc, email received would be with me by thursday 15 April. Two days later email saying there's a problem and delay doesnt say until when. Contact the distributor they said you wont be getting that model until 20 May. Contacted Very after 30 minutes on hold spoke to the rudest most abrupt person to cancel and ask for a refund took best part of an hour! They actually thought I was going to allow an 82 year old to go without hot meals for a month. Very disappointed with Very. Having read the other reviews in hindsight not Very surprised!
