Ordered a new washer and also paid for my old washer to be taken away. Was assured twice that the washer would arrive on my day off. Woke up to an email saying my washer would arrive a day late when I'm working! Customer services state its out of their control, offered a delivery refund and £20 compensation by cheque that could take up to a month to arrive. Had to reschedule a delivery and reorganise a birthday lunch so I can sit at home and wait for the washer. I'll be deleting the account once my item finally arrives. Absolutely shocking organisation!
