Where to start been a very customer many many years,allowed my brother to buy a fridge freezer bnpl unfortunately he didn't pay it off at the end of bnpl,so obviously interest added on this is nearly 2yrs later and he's still paying for it,also nearly 2,yrs ago ordered bits bobs clothes etc for Xmas pay 3 option,felt my bill was high after approx 10 calls to the appauling ignorant none listening customer services I'm now told these items weren't on pay 3🤦I've fought and fought with them over this asked how much is outstanding on individual things,I don't no how many times I've been given different amounts petty amounts like 96p etc so I said I wanted to raise a complaint after them supposley looking into it they still say these items were t on take 3 stressed to bits is a pure understatement,I said why would I allow 55.9% Interest each month to go on stupid amounts supposley out standing😩🤦recieved a call eventually of complaints department offering me £40 cheque for inconvenience caused omg what does this company not understand I did not put these items on normal interest barring account😩🤦😠ok pay the £40 off the supposley interest barring amount I owe,we can't do that why?we just can't and it still wouldn't pay off your items,hang on I've been told approx 10 different amounts owing on this normal account so who's telling the truth?I truly believe very rips customers off taking money you supposley owe when you no you put them on pay 3 I pointed out every payment I've made on take 3 for these items but still they won't accept this as being true,I'm so frustrated and angry I suffer terrible anxiety/depression this company have had me in tears as I feel they just don't listen,I've recently recieved a letter stating the interest is going up to 59.sumthink %😯my god how can they get away with this I have a reasonable credit score,if you don't agree with this you can ring up and theyl close your account but still continue to pay on old interest rate,that's what I'm going to do close my account.my son does have a bnpl coming up so all that will remain is my brother's payments and my supposley amounts from what I no I put on take 3 which they deny.my questions to very is why is your statements not clear on individual items outstanding and why after 2yrs am I still paying items off?funny how my brother purchased off my Littlewoods account on bnpl again didn't pay off on due date item he purchased was nearly double he got off Littlewoods plus interest on for not payn his bnpl in full yet that's just about payed off,and yet very say we still owe nearly £300 on his purchase🤔sumthink needs doing about this company and there appauling customer services I think there robots because there definitely not human,and just don't listen there's just no reasoning with this company I'm drained of energy with them😠.
