Very owe me a lot of money, due to my account being closed they are refusing to help or give me back my money. We are just under 2 weeks till Christmas and I am out of pocket by over £230. I have chased this for over a month. I have made a complaint no response. I have been told that because the accounts closed I would not be able to have my money back.
