I bought a washing machine for my daughter, the delivery company were supposed to take the old one away and plumb in the new machine, which I paid extra for. X2 guys arrived from arrow XL 3 hours early (delivery company) dumped the machine in the kitchen, when my daughter told them I had paid to have it plumbed in, they refused saying none of their paperwork stated that, and anyway they didn't bring any tools. They lifted the old one and left.
Contacted arrow same day, who said they would get in touch with the drivers and phone me back, no phone call. Phoned the next day they told me the transport manager was aware, and it did state on their paperwork that machine had to be plumbed in? When are you returning to fit the machine? don't know was the reply.
Phoned "very", customer service appalling, actually worse than appalling! They said they would refund the money charged for plumbing it in, I told them I wanted it fitted, could they get someone to go back and fit it. No they couldn't do that, why? no explanation. I told them to uplift the machine and I would get a company that could actually do the job they were paid for. She told me same company would uplift the machine...same company could uplift? so instead of uplifting the machine why can't they just plumb it in, problem solved. No answer. "Very" customer service told me that this has happened numerous times? So how many customers are paying for an installation, but when they arrive they refuse to do it? So, I have instructed them to uplift the machine, when is anyones guess.....I will never use this shower again...customer service? What customer service...shocking!! Please shop elsewhere, this bunch are a complete joke, don't waste your time!
