I honestly do not understand the concept of closing an account after inactivity after a few months. The retail world is highly competitive and to assume that a customer will only buy from Very is quite presumptuous. I ordered a skincare product which was later on declined however the money was still deducted from my account. I was told that this happened because my account was 'closed' due to inactivity. I told them to make their 'system' more transparent to the user by making the account status visible and making the rules clear on how long it takes before they take matters into their own hands and close accounts. I honestly have no idea on how this business model is supposed to work in this competitive age! Goodluck VERY
