Ordered a TV, checked it was on stock it was. Payed extra 15£ for 24h delivery. Received confirmation email all good. In the morning next day received txt message that my item won't be delivered and they will reschedule it. First no mention about refund money that I paid extra for delivery, second I contacted customer service and it was awful, lady that I spoke to was didn't care about nothing, her attitude was I gave a s**t. So I cancelled the order on website because I could buy same TV elsewhere straight away. Most funny thing after 40min of my cancelletion I received email from Very that they have to cancel my order, so pathetic I cancelled it not you. Very very bad experience, definitely won't be buying anything from them.
