Ordered Canon printer - received promptly [Yodel get 5 stars] - packaging was battered - actual printer box looked as though it had been opened and resealed with sellotape - contents of box was haphazard - printer cartridge's had been opened and already in place within the printer - transit locking tape / tags had been removed and was strewn alongside the instruction book - other paperwork was crumpled - then I found a found a previous 'returned goods note' from 21/05/2022...still proceeded to set up the printer...it didn't work...
Have ordered a printer from John Lewis and when it arrives I'll pursue the Cancelation Process with Very - rather than go down the 'returns' route'.
I will try to phone the Customer Service Centre...but given comments here don't hold out much hope - will not be buying from them again - and will be telling folks of the poor quality products sold as new on their website.
