Ordered 2 items one of them was the wrong size. Called customer service, the lady on phone very unapologetic couldn’t care less that the item I bought was a gift and that returning would take up to two weeks to receive a refund.
I said I want to make a complaint and I want an apology
I then received an email saying - “we are sorry you felt the need to complain. We now consider this case closed”.
There is a company who couldn’t care less about the customer.
Don’t bother with them.
