Ordered items to be delivered on specific day heard nothing so contacted customer services about tracking, spoke to Jayne what an exceptional lady, she soon found out fault was with couriers, after talking to her she cancelled that order and reordered the items for us and arranged new delivery date nothing was a problem to her. As we were speaking on the phone Hotpoint texted us thanking us for the order and details about tracking.
