I have been a customer of Very for years however anytime I have an enquiry, I have to go through a very stressful process in order to get any issues resolved these automated bots and messages do not cover every eventuality
I spent absolutely ages getting angrier and angrier trying to speak to an advisor last weekend I have never encountered such a rigmarole speaking to someone in order to get my issue understood and resolved, in the end, the issue lay with Very's IT system
Now why they couldn't contact customers directly with that information is beyond me, ir would have saved my frayed berves and patience if I could give zero stars as a review I would but it won't allow that.
Why on earth should customers have to put up with such incompetence.
