Faulty dishwasher till under warranty ! 5 week wait still waiting to see if I can have a replacement or a full refund ! Conflicting information from both parties just being fobbed off constantly even thou engineer has been out confirmed 3 new parts were needed just to be told they r still waiting 5 weeks in then Thursday told by very advisor I would have a replacement and I would be contacted surprise surprise no call I contacted them again ! To be told hoover r waiting on parts π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈπ€― now after being on hold to very for over 1hr oh some one will call u in 72hrs π€―π€―π€―π‘π‘π‘ omg worse experience ever and I canβt find how I put in an official complaint to very !! Do NOT purchase any large items from very !!! Honestly just pass the book Iβm actually raging π‘
