I started using ~Very 1 year ago when all my 15 year old appliances packaged up within 1 week of each other, so purchased a fridge freezer and washing maching first . Everything came direct from supplier, was contacted on delivery date and items arrived on time. After that purchased a dryer - the delivery date on that was a total mess about but since it wasn't urgent I waited nearly a month for it - but glad I did - as it works brilliant and looks brilliant with the matching machine. One year on purchased various carefully considered purchases on a need and not want basis. - This has served me well, as I always pays via Take 3 payments or a little bit more and my credit with them has increased but I have taken care with my purchases. All items arrived on time with no issues. I did have one cancellation, which I was quickly refunded - but the process was a little hard to figure out but persevered and it worked out fine. I short if you dont need to return anything I think its fine - I agree the customer service can be very hit and miss the one time I cancelled an item, But I still have to give 5 stars because it has worked very well for me.
