The account i opened was closed down due to them finding out i'd been a victim of fraud on my account in the past.. I called them to sort it out and they opened a new account which i wasn't able to log in to.. Made numerous calls to try and sort this out (spending an average of 20 minutes each time before getting to speak to an actual person).
The goods I had ordered had been delivered so i just wanted to access my account and set up the 3 equal payments option. Each person i spoke to about this matter told me something different was the problem which sounded much like "I haven't got a clue how to sort this out so i need to find a way of getting this customer off the line, and next time he rings, hopefully he'll get through to someone else who can sort it". Once i was also told "I'll need to pass this on to the technical department, who will be in touch with you within the hour" (2 days later i hadn't heard anything".
Eventually (and i noticed a previous reviewer did the same thing) I just called them to pay the amount in full and close the account.
Complete shambles of a company, very difficult to contact and speak to someone quickly, and i had very little confidence in what they were telling me.
Account closed and i would recommend steering well clear of this lot.. Absolute cowboys !!!
