I purchased an item online when placing the order did not have an option to opt out of this BNPL.
I did place the order but called customer services and said I did not want this option so to remove it. 1 year on my statement has the interest for the BNPL purchase that I asked to be removed! £123! I made a
Complaint to Very and they now have agreed to deduct that interest from my account
