Ordered my very first item from very and what a nightmare , very saying order as been delivered, it hadn't, and Yodel saying item returned to very , unable to deliver , they said , even though I booked the delivery to one of their drop-off points of which I received an email from Yodel confirming this , this happened twice , even Verys customer service couldn't understand it ,was told to cancel order then reorder , the item was about £30 more expensive than when I ordered it the first time , I cancelled the order and the account, the item was a shark fan , must say this is worst online shopping experience I've had
