One item arrived preceded by a Very notification of despatch, of one item. which I received.. The other for £79.99 didn't arrive. Yodel couldn't be bothered to walk up the stairs or even get in the lift to go up one floor so had to come down after realising no-one had made it to my door. Be careful! Do not trust a delivery driver who hands you a machine to sign unless you have seen them scan the parcel. Apparently 2 parcels were delivered but I only have one. Driver says he delivered 2 but I did t see him scan anything. Very not bothered to speak to me, just sent an email to say what the driver replied. Have insisted the Police be involved and either delivery the item or refund. Hopefully they will now do this rather than delaying further. I've ordered from elsewhere as I don't expect Very to be VERY helpful. Learnt by experience; a costly one. Will never use again and will ensure everyone I know don't either. I suspect this business will be another casualty of the retailer suicide. Remember other big retailers who have had bad press or gone to the wall?
