Very have terrible customer service, I once ordered a microwave which was delivered to the wrong address 3 times and was on the phone for a total of over 10 hours in one week on hold and trying to speak to a manager who was based in South Africa. Their staff email addresses are personal email addressed which they promise to get back to you on but don't and they have hung up on me numerous times when they clearly could not be bothered to deal with the issue. Second recent issue was I made a payment 7 days before it was due and they emailed to confirm payment. They then emailed 5 days after the payment was due to say I have not paid and when calling up, they explained that they did not take the payment and do not know why, but I have now been put down as a late payer with nothing more than an apology still with the possibility of having to dispute any charges that may now be added.
