Within days of receving my washing machine from Very it had a error code on it. I contacted Very to exchange the appliance but they insisted I had to re order and this going to cost me a further £107 more. After numerous telephone calls to their very incompetent customer services I decided to just have the faulty machine collected. This proved to be a nightmare and after many costly telephone calls to Very they finally collected the faulty appliance after 6 week. It was extremely inconvenience and difficult trying to store a very large bulky appliance in
my home whilst waiting for it to be collected. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this company
