Excellent communication from emails to phone call I purchased a fridge freezer ( Hisense) Hisense RB320D4WW1 55cm Wide Fridge Freezer - White After getting £600 of credit I decided to buy the product over the buy now pay later. I started getting a bit jittery having read the reviews on here. I ordered the above on the 12th October 2017 and had an email straight away to confirm, the next day received an email to state where my purchase was ( tracking), I also had a text message on the day, with the delivery man ringing me to ensure I was in, about 40 minutes before they arrived. The delivery men ( ARROW XL) brought it in, told me to leave it standing for 3-4 hours to let it settle. Unpacking was fun- not, loads of it. On first inspections and a few days after, everything working well, I have the dial set to 2, lovely fridge freezer and has a good amount of room, excellent product, swear by Hisense. When you get the paperwork which is in the fridge, go on Hisense web site, you get a free 2 year warranty. I have no complaints AT ALL with VERY, everything is as expected and everything went smooth.
