Advertising out of stock tumble dryer on website. Hoover fulfil the orders so phoned me to offer a replacement. However, they unfortunately then sent the wrong model. I spoke to Hoover customer services who were very helpful and said they would happily collect from me but that I first needed to speak to Very.co.uk to authorise and update their systems so that I could receive the refund.
Very.co.uk customer services do not answer their phones - 0800 number which rings, then as soon as you connect to an operator it cuts you off. I tried dozens of times and this happens. Then tried webchat - which took 50 mins as the operator could just not understand the situation and was going round in circles.
I am 37 weeks pregnant and to be honest have given up trying to resolve as it's too stressful for me at this point in time. However, I can be certain that I will never buy from very.co.uk and my advice is that you avoid at all costs. Worst customer service experience.
