The worst customer service I've ever experience, I received a text saying my delivery would be her between 12pm - 2pm on Monday 4th December. No delivery. Rang the deliver company who were excellent, told me the item was out of stock with Very. I ring Very after 20 minuets get through to someone who then tells me my item is out for delivery and tells me to ring the delivery company. Then I tell them I've already done that the item isn't in stock, whole story changes pone operator then says is coming into stock today, 4th Dec. We rearrange for delivery on the Thursday following week. I rang the next day just to double check it had arrived in stock to be told it wont be in stock now until 18th and deliver will be the 20th! to close to Christmas for my liking. Rang the next day to request a refund which I had been offered the day before. Was told my money would be in my bank within 48 hours, surprise money didn't go in. Rang again was passed to a "manager" who said she had released the funds and apologies for the delay. She promised the money would be in my bank within 24 hours even on a Sunday! Surprise till haven't got my refund or item!!!
