I rarely write reviews but in this case I will make an exception. I have been using Very on and off for about 18months so I feel I can offer an objective opinion of the company. Last month I was wrongly told by a Very advisor that as I had paid off some buy now pay later items I didn't need to make a monthly payment. I didn't make a payment and it went down as a late payment. This will adversely affect my credit rating. This was the final straw. Very's customer service is appalling - if its anything other than a basic query they don't understand & they often give wrong information. They contantly make grossely unrealistic estimations on expected delivery dates to give them a business advantage. One example - I recently ordered a high value item on the basis that it would be delivered the next day (estmiated delivery date). It didn't arrive the next day and after looking at the Royal Mail tracking info I could see it would have been an impossibility for it to arrive that day - the next day wasn't a reasonable expected delivery date and in effect Very gained my business by making extremely unrealitic claims.
