Poor aftersales/customer comeback. There electronics stuff has 12mth guarantee, thereafter not interested.
We bought a 55" flat screen tv, for £720 in Jan 2018, so now 1.75yrs old, which has gone faulty.
The customer care centre is based in South Africa and don't seem bothered by UK consumer rights act, keeping loyal customers satisfied etc. They've suggested I pay for an engineer to report on TV, then get back to them, so been without TV now 2 weeks and no end in sight.
Don't just go by price like we did.... I'd recommend for electronics stuff going elsewhere... John Lewis offer 5 Yr guarantee on tvs as standard, plus by using waitrose (same company) you've ability to return stuff easier. Similarly curry's have stores you can return to!
