Wouldnt even give them 1 star, S**t customer service and without even an apoligy! disgusting, don’t know how they make any bloody money..
Bought a wardrobe over a year ago from very and thought this year I would purchase the matching draws and bedside table.
However they declined both me and my partner for them on credit (even though I have high credit) fair enough..
So we thought we would pay in full up front and they STILL declined us?? Barmy!!
Anyway I got my friend to try and do it for me if I gave him the full payment, and he got declined too?!
Who the flying pigs do they think is buying from very The Queen? Just give me my bloody drawers! I’m giving you my money haha..
All I can presume is they have been unsatisfied with previous tenants that have lived at my address and have put a block on any more purchases. But an apology or some way of working together would be nice instead of taking the Michael like this.
