Ordered a trampoline on the 15th May for my son’s birthday on the 12th June. Delivery was supposed to be on the 6th June. I contacted them as the tracking in my account hadn’t updated to be told the item had arrived with the courier that morning.
The courier contacted me later that day to book in delivery for the 8th. The next day the courier contacted me to book in my delivery again, apparently there had been 2 trampolines and the first one had been cancelled. So delivery was booked for the 9th. (They also confirmed they hadn’t actually received my order anyway!)
The tracking on my account showed the 9th...until the next day when it showed the 22nd and the courier contacted me again to book a delivery slot....
At this point I ordered a trampoline from another company which arrived 2 days later!
The whole experience has been frustrating and confusing and although the staff members I spoke to where pleasant the disorganised service means I won’t order from them again.
If I hadn’t seen sense and ordered the second trampoline my son wouldn’t have had it for his birthday.
